Our Story

Welcome to Hometown Furniture of Orange Park, located at 1946 Kingsley Ave. right across from HCA Orange Park Hospital. Owners Jamie Bliss and Chris Hager have proudly served Orange Park families since 2013.

In 2024, we transitioned from our former Badcock Furniture store front to become Hometown Furniture, still located in the former Badcock building. We are now one of 30 independently owned and operated Hometown Furniture stores across the Southeast, comprised of former Badcock dealers committed to rebuilding local service and selection.

A Legacy of Resilience

Over the years, we’ve overcome challenges that shaped who we are today:

Surviving a devastating store fire in 2016
Navigating the economic impact of COVID‑19 in 2020
Building a fresh start after the closure of all Badcock locations in 2024
